No. A sale follows the four steps you saw above: tap what your suki is buying, tap Charge, enter the cash received, and confirm. You can import common products from Sari's product library instead of typing them, and the lightbulb guide explains each part of the workspace in plain words.
Set one phone or tablet as your designated offline device. It keeps recording cash sales behind a PIN, then syncs them when the connection returns, without recording any sale twice. GCash, bank and utang sales need a connection.
Your store's records are for the people you add to it. Helpers can sell and record payments. Only you, the owner, can approve utang, change products, prices and stock, give discounts, confirm GCash or bank payments, void sales, and record money taken out. Uploaded payment proof stays pending until the seller confirms it. Authorized Sari support staff can open a store only through a restricted support session: it needs a written reason and fresh two-step verification, lasts at most 15 minutes, and is recorded in an audit log under their own name. Sari's transaction summaries are store records, not official tax invoices.
